No I have about 1/2 if not more I am at 80 miles and I get about 220 miles to the tank when I fill it up. But at least I know it is sending a signal which means my problem isn't that but another thing correct?
 


It sounds like the reading is incorrect. Try tracing the wires at the tank. Should read 5 volts on the purple wire and around 125 ohms resistance between purple and black
 
Well I did change the sensor inside the tank maybe it is reading wrong. I will be getting another canister and pump to change out soon but I will give that a try tomorrow and let you know what I get
