How to adjust Spyder CCFL Halo

I have a 2002 GP and just put in the spyder halo lights. I am seeking a how to get them pointing the best way possible. Any pictures of the adjustments you have set would help. What would I be specifically looking for to make sure the lights are pointing correctly besides obviously not pointing straight at the ground. My adjustments dont really seem to be making a difference and I have them almost completely tightened... Please help!

I used washers on the top of the projector where you would put the bolts in. Buy longer bolts and some washers.

What did that do? Could you provide measurements on the bolts and washers you used?
