• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Active 6'1 300 is very different than lazy as hell 6'1 300.

Big boy either way.
Im very active but its time to trim down either way heard after 30 it gets hard and i turned 30 in aug
when i got out of basic training i was 210-220 and benching close to 280
now im over 280 and can barely bench 220 lmao

At that age it has got to be more about health than anything else.

My days of caring what my lifting numbers are, are over. It was fun when I thought it mattered.

same here i used to power lifting with my father. he won the master class at some small local festival and that's what got me into working out. i used to squat 315, deadlift 400, and bench 300, i was only weighing @ 150 at the time. now i'm about 165 and i very doubt if i be able to lift that much many more:o. i'm more into toning, strength, and endurance right now.

I like lifting though it burns off stress and i feel great after lifting I dont care if i ever bench that much again. But i doubt i will stop ant time soon...

I have severe insomnia it makes it hard to lose any weight no matter what i do
