How much power can I make while staying N/A?

Don't waste the money staying N/A. My car N/A went 14.9 @93 with every bolt on. You live in canada take a ride to cartuning and get a turbo kit and a tune.

I wonder what a stock car woulda made on that dyno. It's so tough throwing WHP figures around when people go to these feel good dyno shops lol

what is?cartuning turbo kit and a tune? I was thinking of just gettin one of zzp's turbo's and a TEP tranny as i got ppl to help with install so install is free.

thats not too bad, I know that most of costed alot, but pulling a full second off a stock qtr mile time isnt that bad!
 


oh for sure love my brothers 05 stang gt, but I am keeping the impala until it falls to pieces, my DD. so ill be savng for a second car. I was thinking the second car would be DD but probably not now lol.
 
N/A forever !!!!! I would have bought the s/c version of my car in a heartbeat if it was available but sadly GM discontinued them by the time I was in the market for a new car.
 


If you do a top swap correctly, you'll have spent the same as a turbo and go slower.

Selling your car isn't a good idea if you've already put money into replacing other components.

You might have to do that with the new car as well

Havnt put a dime into her yet. Also considering buying a 98-99 because insurance is cheaper.
 
You can stay NA and get ZZP's GT cam ($325 + ~$100 for gaskets), Headers (~$250-???? depending on what you get), HV3 ($200), intake (~$50) and a custom tune ($???) and right there you are looking at a minimum of ~$1000 without making much power.

OR you could piece together a top swap, get the heads rebuilt, get the SC rebuilt (if it needs it), get headers and a custom tune for about the same price. My top swap will be about $1200, and that's spending $275 on getting the heads rebuilt and getting nice headers (Ceramic coated TOGs). You'll make way more than your N/A car going that route, and you will have your options open to continue modding as well.
