How much kr is to much kr?

boost cause detonation (which is premature combustion caused by heat) colder burning fuel helps eliminate that
 


If you want to tune your car then buy hp tuners and an 05 PCM. The only thing is your gas gauge will work backwards but like it matters
 


It did me too at first but I don't even notice anymore. Or if it did bother me I would just give it some throttle and feel the turbo and would forget about the gas gauge lol
 


Ok are you going with a can tune or are you going to have Overkill Will custom in car tune it? If it is an in car tune then don't settle for anything more then maybe a blip at the shifts. If you settle I will call you Brandon.

for the given level of mods...if the KR can't be tuned out...it's not the pulley...it's the operator...

I believe his car has a GenV on which a 3.6 would be roughly equivalent to a 3.4 on a GenIII...The only thing i possibly see missing might be rockers...If he's not tuned NOW he needs to get it done...if he IS tuned and STILL seeing that kind of KR...he should fire his tuner...
 
Yea if it knocks either pulley up or get better flow/flow mods. "tuning" it out isn't helping anything. Dropping timing makes it slower and also raises EGT's from what I've read. Dumping more fuel wastes fuel. Pulley it up if it knocks.
