How loud is the glasspack?

So my res. went out in my gtp right along the side joint on the body. I want to do it cheap because I don't really have the money but don't want it to sound like crap. How bad does it sound with a glasspack in its place? I would put the longest one in to help out. Also, I think my cat is clogged so I plan on doing a 3in dp sometime or gutting it and putting in a u-bend delete. Idk what do you guys think. What is the stock exhaust size. I thought I read 2.25 or is some of it 2.5 too? Thanks.

doesnt get 2 loud. i have no cat, res and 3" pipe all the way back and it has a nice rumble but not loud at all.

I have a glass pack with a stock cat back and it is not too loud. I have no cat also the glass pack actually killed a little rasp compared to the stock res.

X2, I've got the stock cat, glasspack res, larger piping, and dynomax muffs. I've got no rasp at all and it sounds pretty good IMO.
