pound it out, and put a new one in, the trick i learned here was to cut the one side of the flat back off so it can clear its way into the hub, then put a lug nut on backwards and crank it in.
 


Get a grinder, thats your best bet. Hacksaw would likely do it but your wrist might be soar after :th_jester: Or just replaced the whole hub.
