How does this carpet piece go?

My interior has been gutted for probably a year now, just getting it back together. Pretty sure this piece has to do with the bottom of the seat to trunk opening but it doesn't obviously line up with anything.

Well, IIRC, the 3 cut outs are like the "recesses" where the seat belts boltup under the back seat. The 3 inch cuts from the sides are where the pass thru come in as it heads into the trunk. This piece of carpet is Under everything else.
 
Thanks. That should do it. Sounds like it goes that direction with the big rectangles UNDER the rear and side pieces. Then the flaps go under the seat frame. (But only the frame haha)
