How do you build a pvc intake?

Does anyone know what I would need to make an intake out of pvc pipe? Like what degree elbow and anything else I would need? Thanks

took the thread prefix out...its was bothering me...

also, you need 4" PVC piping and a 22.5* bend, that's it.
