how do i remove rear license plate light bulbs?

Read the title. I want to replace my license plate lights but cant seem to move them. Does anyone know if they turn out or what???

Or do they just pop out. Im talking about the license plate rear lights not the reverse lights

I have a 01, and you have to take out two screws/bolts to remove the plastic clear cover, then you just have to work on getting the bulb out. you have to get low and look up to see the screws/bolts

Just took the bulb cover off on my '03 GT... two 9/32" (hex head) screws w/washer hold it in. Loosen (do not remove) and slide it forward out of the 2 "U" cutouts in bumper fascia. Takes a #194 bulb.
