I love the sound of a old car when people rev it. So I wanna know how do i make my car louder? This sounds pretty good
 


On a serious note you could change the mufflers for a different tone. Try flows or magnaflows. Beware of the drone though lol.
 
Well I have a glasspack. Dont really know what it does, came with the car. lol But yeah tell me what I need cuz I need a new resonator and tip anyways was going to redo my exhaust
 




then just do headers and a 3" catback no mufflers or resonator
weld on the tips, call it a day
and you'll want to shoot yourself in the face everytime you drive it
 
dear god please dont run a open downpipe... or straight pipe.. it will be WAY to loud and sound like complete CRAP. i have magnaflow mufflers with a 3inch catless downpipe to 3inch zzp exhaust with a magnaflow res. sounds good at idle. but it drones REAL bad. to the point i cant even talk to people in the car.

Best way IMO, Headers, no cat, longest resonator you can find, and Borla muffers. They give a super nice 'wet' sound at idle and just above idle, but quiet out after that, so you don't go crazy with drone.
 
i put the magnaflow catback exhasut on my car and damn when i hit it **** gets loud..thats somewhere to start and im going to take the resonator off maybe to make it louder

Go ahead, take off your resonator and enjoy the nasty rasp city you will be living in.

To the OP, get whatever, JUST DON'T delete your resonator.
 
On my old old GT i had 3in catless downpipe, 24in glasspack and 2.5in piping all the way to the tips(deleted mufflers) and it sounded pretty good at idle but cruising was pretty damn loud and didnt sound as nice as i hoped.
