how do i fit gto rims on my 02 gtp?

i just picked up a set of 17" gto rims for my gtp with tires for 200 buck and they are in mint condition. they almost fit but they are about a hair off and i was wondering if there was any way that i can get them to fit without purchasing adapters for them. is it possible to drill the center out. they would only need to be drilled about a milimeter or two or is this a really bad idea?
 


Probably not a good idea... if the holes aren't centered you run the risk of bending and ultimately breaking your studs off.
 
The adapters are expensive... and from what I've seen they make your wheels stick wayyyyy out.

I'd probably just sell those wheels lol
 


short answer: you don't.

you'll need adapters if you do want to run them, which will push your offset way too low and you'll have heavy fender rubbing issues. do yourself a favor and sell them to fun a set of wheels that does fit.
