Wondering if any would why my dash information center is really dark?

Are all the bulbs working? Or are some burned out? You'd have to take it out to see though

You can try to replace the original bulb with LEDs. the LEDs will have to be fitted into the original GM OEM bulb socket. it required involve craftsmanship and some soldiering.

You can also replace the dimmer regulate switch to see if it does any better(brighter). The dimmer switch has a build in volt regulator which will sometime become faulty or weak.

i will vouch for the led upgrade, just get leds that have a flat face so there are not directional. When i did mine i ended up with led rings and had to change em out. While your at it there is a write up here to change the color also.
