• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

how bad would a 05 350z beat my 98 gtp

a 6-speed Z with a competant driver should pull on a lightly modded GTP. While we lack top end, they have pull throughout the entire powerband

Here's me and my friend's Comp-G racing an SE-R Altima 6-speed with a Nismo intake and TB spacer. Comp-G had intake, plog, ported mani, 3.5 pulley, tune, catless dp and a few other odd parts. Mine at the time was still pretty much stock minus some minor exhaust work, intake, and a can tune
He pulled on us both. Dude can drive though.

(p.s. I let off at 100 on the last run cause my trans was ****ED)

Second time around my car was down haha. But Comp-G had same mods as above with a few other things I can't remember and SE-R had added a VIS blockplate (removes a butterfly valve in the intake manifold to help air flow up top)

Don't make fun of me cause I'm different :(

Although you may poke fun at the fact that my Topswap blew up at the track

Nah, I just ran the 2.8 pulley on ultra high compression with no supporting mods, 45* timing advance WOT and unplugged the knock sensors with 3 injectors unplugged.

:th_scratchhead:

Well, could be worse.. Could be running E85 on stock GTP AFR's and blow the motor racing you on said topswap

i like boost. i like timing. i like octane.

...i wish i would have finished my e85/meth setup and ran it. car would have been a MONSTER!

Yeah. I dropped 4 pulley sizes and increased timing 8* with nothing else but E85 (injectors/FP, etc) and still had no knock (on high compression nonetheless)

E85 = Win
