Oh, my bad, I thought we were picking on Blowfish. Nopi is the 20th and 21st of Sept. I plan on runnng up on the 20th. Want to roll Blowfish? Make it a day event. Let me know.

You know man I was just thinking about you last night when I was making the list....I can say that I have my car exactly the way I want it as far as mods go. Wich is perfect. But During the install of some of the mods, exhaust cam and tranny in particular I need to ''fix'' or diagnose why some of the things that were working before are not now. Plus I need to do some maintance things on the car. The list follows-


Fix a/c
brake pads
brake rotors
fix exhaust
ball joints
replace drivers side lca
Figure out why the abs light is on
Figure out why my car is smoking a little bit (pvc issue i belive)
Fix my cracked wheel (not on the car now-thats why i need to fix it)
new al-103's spark plugs
Replace fuel line with braided
replace tranny cooler lines with braided
fix coil pack bracket ( modified it due to intercooler- need to fix it right)
change oil
change s/c oil
replace front wheel studs with arp (one of them broke-so there all getting replaced with stronger ones)
replace cv shaft (life time waranty FTMFW!)
modify my jbm intake (sut shorter due to the addition of the lq4 maf sensor in the intake tubing)



yeah It's quite a bit and will also cost quite a bit to do. What I could use a hand with if your willing (I am going to try to do all of this at one time) would be-

Brake pads
brake rotors
ball joints
drivers side lca
replace fuel line with braided
replace tranny cooler line with braided
replace wheel studs
cv shaft


I can do all of this by myself but if you or anyone else wants to come hang out and give me a hand....maybe get here thursday morning early...get this stuff taken care of...crash...wake up friday...finish up...then cruise to the track and have some fun....sounds like a good time to me. but then again people have there own schedules and things to do. (i usually work on the weekends). so these days may not work for some. But hey if ya cant make it-don't sweat it.


I'm going to go add up all of this stuff and see if and when i might be able to pull it off.

That's the only thing that sucks. It's somewhat hard for me to get anytime off during the week. I might be able to squeeze a Friday of sometime. Might take me a couple of weeks because I just came back from vacation and we are having a 4 day weekend. Let me know when you get all the stuff you want to work on and we'll go from there. I don't see why, according to your list of things you want to do first, we couldn't get started by mid morning and be done in time to still hit the track that night. We'll figure out something.
 
That sounds good man.Your right We can definetly make it happen in that amount of time. By that time i hope to be on with the fire dept. If so i can take the weekend off from frito-lay for sure. Fire dept is just m-f. Thanks again man There are a lot of cool people on here including you that offer there help whenever needed. I think thats awesome. And hey I figured it up to be around 350 bucks minus the braided lines. so it will probably be a month or 2 depending on if i get this other job. Im fine with this job right here just working weekends cuz it pays 15.97 an hour. But the fd is something i've wanted to do for a long time!...but what I was getting at is it may be a while (a month or 2) before i can get the money so by that time you may have something that you want to do to YOUR car...if so im sure we could make time for what needs to be done on your car also...even if it means putting something off that needs to be done with mine. I'll let ya know when i think it's comming together...thanks again.

It will be off, but if the jokes keep coming, you'll wake up in the morning with it molded to the front of your hood.lol!!!! While I think about it, if you come across a deck lid with factory spoiler, find out how much and let me know. I'll explain later, just remind me, long story. Well, gotta go hit the wife and snuggle up with the sheets, oh I mean hit the sheet and snuggle up with the wife.lol!!!! Pick back up tommorrow.

Sure is. Hopefully TDC can get off and be able to roll with us. Us 3 do need to try and get together sometime and hang. I'm thinking of rolling up on Saturday. Hows that sound for you. Head out there check some rides out and see what GP's will show up.

Yeh, I told him when he gets his parts together, I could probably get a Friday of and give him a hand. With 3 people, we'd have it knocked out in no time. Just watch yoursel though, eating too much rice isn't good for the enviroment. That'll make them want to run bigger fart cans and cause a bigger stink in the air. Not to mention the ungogly noise they produce.
