I have a 1998 Grand Prix GTX and the horn is not working. I need to get it fixed in order to pass a safety inspection. I can hear the relay under the hood going off, when I psuh the horn, and I checked the 2 fuses under the hood; they are good. I jacked the car up to try to take a look at the horn itself, but I can' find it. Does anyone have any ideas or any help. Thanks...
 


I found the horns, they are behibd passenger headlight. Now I have to figure someting out because they were hooked up correctly and they are not working...
