The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.
I would find a local police officer and ask him the specifics on the law for neon lights. Be sure to get his name just in case. If you put neons on and according to that officer they are legal and you get in trouble for them, you can bring up that officer who told you the law in the first place.
Take the time to go down to the local police station or even the DMV maybe and ask them to catch you up on the neon laws. You aren't supposed to drive with them on, but can use them generally when traveling less than 10 mph, so basically many states just require that they stay for show purposes only. However, certain colors or effects are banned in different states, and every state's legeslature comes up with generally the same, yet different laws. All in all, before purchasing any neon or LED ground effect lighting system, take the 20 or so minutes and find out wahts allowed, and what isn't.
if you can get a full set for under $200 your doing good, then installing them can cost that much as well unless you know someone that can help you do it for free
mine are red, no tickets for anything yet on my car, my windows are too dark up front, I don't drive with my underglow on very much, its just for show when parked mostly
Also check with your local fire department. In some states green is illegal because it is used by the Fire Chief. If you want red, get the multicolored LED set and you can run a legal color oon the road, then when you park, you can go to red.
