High RPM's when starting up my 98 GTP

I was wanting to know if there was anyone who could help me out with my problem. Whenever I start my car it rev's up into high RPMS and then when you shift it into reverse or drive it will shift hard and the RPM's will go down. The service engine soon light it is on. Stated that there was a bad TPS Sensor and Banks 1 was running lean. I replaced the TPS sensor and the problem didn't go away. Any more advice for me?

Vacuum leak? Check while running by listening for a sucking sound, or if it's not that easy, spraying carb cleaner, or TB cleaner on the intake areas so see if the idle changes.

at work right now, will hafta check on it tomorrow. That's one thing I was gonna look at. Any idea of what certain vaccum hose it would be?

the T's break, the evap fat line of the TB likes to break, mostly its the ends of the lines where they slip on to sensors, or to t a vac tree on the super charger.

the T under the snout is famous for breaking. as well as the one on the fpr.

look for small plastic T's the best ones i could find were at advance auto, 2 per pack for 2 bucks, then 3 bucks in vac line, 3 feet or so will do.

this fat vac line off the TB the one thats bent over to the back to a plastic line, i got 4 or 5 inches of that, stuck the thinner line into the fat one to reduce it to fit the plastic stock line. this is the evap vac line

this was the old plastic line that was replace from pic one on the front of the engine. the ends or T's break or wear out and get loose.

UPDATE: Took off the engine cover and realized that the vaccume line had split it half. Got a new one and put it on and erased the code and it did the same thing and read the codes Throttle position sensor low circuit and also banks 1 was running lean. Not sure what to do next, any suggestions!?
