High/lows same time

I was wondering if there's any easy way to get both the high's and the lows on at the same time when i switch to high beams. I found this link on here (http://www.grandprixforums.net/f11/projector-general-info-aiming-pl-flash-3065.html).

But I'm just wondering if there's any other easy way?
