High Flow Engine Question

This is probably a really dumb question but.. If I have ported heads, ported LIM, and headers with no cat will the engine take longer to start due to the need to build compression? I noticed this after the top swap that it takes longer to start kinda like a car with a cam. Nothing is wrong with the car I was just curious as to if it's that or my ZZPoop top swap tune. (Dyno Tune the end of August) Also it only does it on the first cold start of the day.
 


Start up should be tune related. Compression is due to the valves closing and rings being good. There's no loss of compression on a motor that flows better.

Here's a startup with:
S1X cam, S3 Heads, 1.8 Rockers, Gen V, 2.9" pulley, EWP, S3 IC, N*, 42.5# injectors, PRJ wires, VC breather, 8 rib belt, newer alt, 4" intake, SLP Headers, 3" pipe to nearly the muffler, etc etc etc.



The noise you hear at key on is the ewp and IC pump. Starting barely takes anything
 
extended crank could come from a number of reasons. what have you done recently besides the top swap?

Haha that car is done right then, all the cam video on youtube have the cars almost not starting.
 
My car started, it just hated me and idling.

Probably had something to do with it being set at 625.........
