^ what he said, if you go with 55W that is probably accurate. 35W would be a step down from what you see there.

Just noticed it doesn't have a 5000K on there. If I went HID's I'd go 55W 5000K
 


Honestly most of those charts are bad, because they're all just photoshopped pics of the same bulb. You need to just google search the color temp, and find pics of others. also those pics don't show you the changes in brightness.
