Hids in Projectors?

So i noticed that my H1 bulbs had a very tight fit in my projectors. Anyone else notice this??? Anyway around this problem? Thanks
 


sometimes people use a dremel to make the opening wider so the light bulb doesnt hit the edges on the opening.
 
Im talking like there so tight that the bulbs get scratched... I want them tight, but not the point were it messes up my bulbs... ill try the dremel trick. Thanks
