• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

HIDs in halogen housings.

Its not about pointing them down, infact in some cases pointing them down will make the glare worse. The bottom reflector is what shoots the light up and into peoples eyes.

Notice on the Reflector HID setups the bottom shelf to prevent light from bouncing up and blinding people:

so while your aiming them down your pointing that bottom reflector straight into peoples eyes.

You know what really made me do the projector retrofit was one night when coming home I passed a UPS truck and the driver had to put his hand up to cover his eyes, I could see the clip board hanging on the back of his UPS truck...thats what made me do a projector retro.

if ur really cheap and have a 97-03 get some black housings. less reflective sh1t on these.

As far as I've heard its illegal to have hid's in any non factory use, at least up here. I'm happy with my projectors, I know a lot of ppl on here aren't but I am. Just did the hi low mod today, not like I needed it, bits its extra nice.

This is exactly why I'm saving up for projectors, I've been blinded countless times..... every day!!!

I only heard of one person getting a ticket for this in milwaukee, but it was a complete stranger at an auto store.
