Hidden gps tracker for android?

My sister asked me to look into this to track her 15yr old daughter. Since they both use the same computer at home, she asked me to look it up or ask. My niece would see it on their computer if my sister searched it.

Does anyone use a good tracking app that is for the android hidden or not?

One that is easy to use and setup. Cost doesn't matter.

I can see the idea behind tracker apps, but their usefullness goes out the window when the phone is turned off.
