HID Headlights only working on passenger side

so bought a set of HIDs for my headlights installed only the passenger side worked swapped bulbs same thing figured it was ballast swapped ballast still nothing so for some reason my HID kit will work on my passenger side but not the driver is this a headlight harness issue where I could go pick one from the junkyard or my car not giving enough juice?
 


then it's a bad wire in the harness. the hid's aren't able to be found in junkyards. order a harness from ddm.
 
no I mean the actual harness the ballast plugs into cause both ballast work on my passenger side headlight I meant picking up the stock harness and replacing it. but my headlights both work fine without the HIDs and stocks plugged in
