I know there is a lot of questions about hid lights, but I can never seen to find anyone else with this problem. I'm running 6000k hid on my head lights and fog lights, and i noticed that the hid fog lights are touching the lens causing them to turn yellow and melt. I recently replaced the fog assembly and the lens is starting to slowly melt again. Has anyone had a similar problem like this? is there a fix for this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes I have.... Stock fog light housings will not survive the heat of HIDs and will Melt. Get some Pillot fog lights from AutoZone and purchase some H3 HID blubs. Out of the fog light kit all you need is the bracket and the housing, the rest is usless for you.

Hope this helps....

thank you for your help Iron Indian, I have a friend that works at a advance auto parts store. I will check with her first if not i will go to auto zone.
thanks again.
