HID electrical question.

I have an 08 grand prix base model. It didn't come with fog lights but I bought them from an 04 and wired fog lights with parking lights. All worked great till HIDs. I installed the relay harness and one side will randomly shut off but will come back on if I flip the lights off then on again. I also have halo and led head lights (the spyder ones) and all that is on the parking light circuit. I was thinking I need bigger relay power wire going to fog lights to carry the extra load. Anyone else have an idea or agree with me?

Yeah, I had that exact problem. I installed a relay harness and switched to single low beams instead of bi-xenon. I didn't notice any fixes with those changes.But once I disabled the DRLs, I haven't had the one light problem since.

I used the DDM Tuning harness but took there wires that went to power the ballast out and replaced them with larger wire.
