Alright so I've searched and come up with nothing so any help is appreciated.
I bought some HIDS and ballasts from a member on here who said they worked then left them sitting around for a few months. By the time I got them installed maybe a week later the ballasts went. I had a relay harness installed in that time thinking it might solve the problem I was having which it did until the ballasts went. I bought new ballasts and had them installed and all of the sudden the lights are doing a few weird things. When I turn them on they either don't turn on, are very dim and slowly brighten, only the passenger side light works, or turn on and won't turn off no matter what I do. I have the DRL fuse pulled and the fob set so the lights don't blink when I lock and unlock. Any ideas?
Also now that it's getting colder and my windows are fogging I'm using my heat again and when it's on it kind of has an airy sound to it. Kind of like an owl if that makes any sense?
