im the one with the 3.1 97 grand prix se. i did the LIM Change and the engine just freewheeled like there was no "compression" or difference in the way it sounded. Now a few days after, now the engine sounds like a normal engine not wanting to turn over but sounding like it has compression. but we take a compression test and the manual gaude says nothing. why would that be.
 


You might have to pull the heads and see if you got the push rods mixed up and sent the valves into the pistons.
