the username soviet bought a thrasher airbox from me for 60 bucks shipped...the package was sent off. well 2 weeks later he texts me and says he never received package in which time i lost my delivery confirmation. this was sent 2-3 day USPS. we agree to wait a few more days and i would refund his money if package never arrived. well the few days passed and i refunded what i had available at the time which was 43 dollars. this was last week when i refunded money, i assured him i would get the last little bit of money to him asap. i log onto paypal today and he has a 60 dollar claim on me. wtf dude. thats ****ty. no phone call... no text.... no PM. just open a claim on me after i gave u a deal. i ate the airbox and shipping AND refund money and u put a claim on me. KARMA.

thats bull**** man. i was gonna pay him tomorrow after direct deposit. ill just pay the 25 bucks to get paypal blocked from my bank now... im not givin him **** now.

The moral of the story. Save your shipment info. Once Delivered print the info or copy into a word document and save that. CYA.

lol he escalated it to a full claim for fraud, but the dumb ass doesnt realize that i refunded all but 10 bucks according to pay pal. soooo guess what douche bag.. **** u and ur mommys 10 bucks... u went about this the wrong way. i wish u lived close so i could break ur jaw. here is a copy paste of the 47 dollars refunded.

There should be some way u can look up your transaction with ups/fed-ex/usps and get your delivery conformation number back or something. Im sure they keep track of that kind of stuff call them up tell them who u are and where u sent your stuff. They should be able to look it up they gota keep records for taxes and whatnot.

why did you even refund him in the first place? If i sent the package, it's no longer in my control. boohoo if it got lost in shipping. not my problem.

i had no way prove or disprove the airbox got there... just seemed like the right thing to do... and i care about my feedback on here.. oh well a dollar lost... fukc it.
 
if i mail out a package and lose the confirmation tagsIts on me at that pint and I would refund as well This is also why i put all my confirmations in one spot and hold on to them
 
ship and include tracking once its gone you have no responsibility other than the proof that its was sent and the tracking info! Crazy to ship parts your not willing to eat hte cost on IMO.
 
I sold him a TB ported by reptile i had.. Gave him the usps tracking number all was well. No complaints from me about the guy.
 


Wait what? Why didn't you just call the company you sent the package through? You don't need the paperwork they can figure it out for you.
 
yea and even with me showing paypal the transaction where i refunded the money.... they still sayin i owe 60 bucks... **** them and soviet... aint gettin it from me.
