Hesitating to Start

I have a 1999 grand prix GT with about 212k miles on it.

I was driving it the week before christmas and it was working fine. Let it sit for about a week or a little more (I live in Michigan, it was cold and we had a very bad ice storm while I was gone).

When I came back, I went to start it and the battery was completely dead. So I let it sit on the charger until the battery was charged and tried to start it again. It just sat there and turned over. I tried countless times to start it and it would just turn over. So I tried to jump it, thinking the battery wasn't giving it enough juice to start. This didn't work either. So I figured it wasn't getting fuel.

Turned the key, and heard the fuel pump turn on. So I knew this was a good sign. Thought maybe the fuel filter was clogged or bad. So I swapped that out and it didn't help either.

Anyone know what could be going on? I was told maybe condensation in the gas tank?

Thank you.

I've unplugged the MAF plenty of times. Replaced it like two times in the past couple years. I believe that the wiring is messed up on it or something because I've bought a brand new MAF and it still didn't run as good as it does unplugged.

But right now, unplugged/plugged does nothing different.

So unplug that vacuum line and try cranking it? Or just unplug the vac line and see whats there?

Thanks.
