• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

And this is where i stand. I have all major pieces, just saving up for major gasket and bolt buying. Actually, getting saved up for the big parts, input shaft, headers, etc. be gentle...

I went with the Fed mogul hypo's, in 8.5 compression. They have coated dome and skirts, and a bit lighter than a stock l32. I couldn't afford forged at the time unfortunately. Still, and improvement over stock cast ones, and hypo's in the L32.

How about water/meth and e-85? And honestly, the engine isn't where most of my energy is going. What I plan on doing that is unique is body stiffening. I have plans for "sub-frame" connectors to run the length of the pinch rails, reinforcing them. and tying together the two halves of the car. think x- brace and you have a good idea of where i'm starting. I want this thing to handle as good as a FWD 4 door sedan can. Also why the interior got gutted. Honestly, I won't be breaking new grounds with HP, but I want to get G's. I want a chassis so tight you can bounce a metaphorical quarter off it. This thing is going to give the VW salute when i'm through with her.

Just go with E85 by itself. No sence in doing both unless you're really trying to get every last bit of HP out of the motor. SIX, GenV, Headers, E85 = 330whp/400wtq

my set up is S3 cam, gen III, n*, Headers, e-85, water meth, and timing. lots and lots of timing. Hoping to break at least 350 whp.

Any head work being done with all of this? I still say skip the meth....With a GenV I'm able to drop down to a 2.8 pulley and that's with 22* of timing.
