Heres the 04 GTP :)

Really like the color. Regardless of what the others say, it was a higher price for a regualar GTP, but this is a Special Edition. Paint color is hard to come by, and how many people have the SE's... actual SE's. Not SE parts on a top swapped base model so it looks like it. Your title shows that is a rare car and the color sets it apart. I would pay an extra grand or 2 to have a unique car... but that's just me.

Good buy, enjoy it.

1k =/= 4k

Well considering KBB value is Good at just over $7000, $9000 would fall under my 1-2k +/-

Also considering after Downpayment, trade, and everything else paying 6k isn't that bad. I payed $5 for my 99 GTP 3 years ago and that was discounted heavily because I am an employee... they were going to sell for $6500

So a year ago, with 30k miles more, you got a plain 04 GTP for 3800. Not bad. I would still rather have his Special Edition, and would spend the extra to get it, but again, that's me.

I argued with a guy trying to sell his 02 35th Anniversary Edition SS Camaro last year, his firm offer was $40k. I told him it wouldn't sell, you could buy a new one for not much more, he sold it for 40k 2 weeks later. There is always someone to buy, it just depends on finding someone that thinks its worth it.

I think he did well.

Fully loaded.

He paid 9k (3k his car and 6k on top) for 30,000 miles a different color and some dumb badges.
Someone got butt****ed with a tree trunk and it sure as heck wasn't me.

someone bought that for 40k? jesus, i wouldnt spent more then 20k on that maybe

In comparison to what you spent, but then again you robbed the guy that sold the car. You underpaid enough to say you ****ed the seller, but I guess you base all your "you paid too much" off your really good deal. Not the majority average for what they are worth.

What he means is if you wait for the right sucker, You can sell a turd on a stick for a bar of gold.
yea i get his point, but thats just pure stupidity, idc how mint that car was, def not worth 40k at all, shoulda just bought a vette with that money haha

Money talks. BS walks.

I don't think that was too overpriced, got my 04 GTP with 91k and all the trimmings including SPO parts for almost exactly the same deal, 9k for car 2100 down payment and 1700 for trade in, after tax tags and title I finance a lil over 6300. Nice car man, lovin that color!

Well when you drive up from florida I will trade you straight across...when I bought the comp g I had no idea and thought it was a normal gtp...kinda wish it was so it had the highway gears
