Hate tolls period... I set the GPS to avoid em at all costs... and Tolls in NYC are almost $6-8 bucks depending on the SIZE of what ur driving, not really what it is, so... ponder THAT one...

LIRR (Long Island Rail Road) ticket to NYC from Montauk Point (farthest from NYC on Long Island) ~$6.00 and no gas...
Tolls to DRIVE INTO Manhatten, from QUEENS, ~$6.00 ...
Alternative... Sit in 2 Hour long Traffic...

Hmm.. LIRR looks pretty damn good to me...
