im trying to figure out what kind of exhaust the person b4 me put on my car..... i have a slp exhaust from what it says on the mufflers and i have the trapeziod tips i think thats the shape....... how do i know if he put a 3inch down pipe and were would the u pipe be so i can see if he did the ubend delete unless they come wit that already???

get on the ground next to the drivers door, look under the vehicle and there will be a flange(the part with bolts in it) in the exhaust almost even with the end of the drivers door , moving forward(towards the engine) from that flange is your downpipe. If it goes from the flange and gets bigger than it is a 3", if it stays the same size from the flange up, it is a 2.5"

ok and how about the u bend ...do u know ne thing about how to figure out if i have that????

you will see it about 5 - 8 in from flange towards engine, it realy looks like a U with a O2 sensor sticking straight up from the top if you have a U-bend you most likely have a stock Downpipe
