help with launching

Hi guys I need some help trying to figure out how to launch this car. I have a GTP with a stattama turbo kit on it. I've got bigger brakes front and rear. And the smaller brake booster. My problem is all the lag I am having. I cannot get this thing to build boost sitting at the line. I will sit there holding the brakes and when I'm about to to get into the boost my brakes won't hold and I roll forward some. I never had this problem on my old setup but that was stock size brakes and booster. I know I have to be doing something wrong or don't have stuff set up just right or something.
How does everyone brake boost at the line to get good launchs? Any tips or troubleshooting help would be awesome. Oh and I have 3250 stall in it as well.
Thanks

Use a momentary switch, with the IAT sensor deal. So when pushed in, see's no reading. Then use the IAT table to drop you timing down to nothing.

No timing, car won't be making power, so can build up boost. Then let go of the button when you let off the brake.

I have my PCM setup to where regular timing tables are setup to drop timing in a certain RPM range and PEvsTime table to richen up the fuel, to kick turbo some in the ass.

Worked well on my 3000 stall, stock brakes, and small booster.

I can launch at 10psi now... But the method I use, with no switch, leaves me a small window to launch in.. to low of an RPM.. and it bogs... to high of an RPM, and car lurches forward and
will just smoke show the tires...

Extremely good suggestion above for a quick and effective solution.

What size exhaust housing is on the turbo? What size is the compreesor/turbine wheel? Are you still sitting on a stock rear manifold with a gate perch?
