Help with HID Install

Just got 9007-1 from VVME. Instuctions not all that good. Says I have to drill a hole to get the wires thru?

See pics. One pic is the relay. Need to know waht the red and black wire connect to.

Second pic is the bulb. Has a grommet on it and is supposed to butt up against the back of the plastic on the bulb. There is the blue connection in the way. Do I need to use the grommet? ANY AND ALL help is needed and appreciated

hmmm.. wierd. never encountered that one! and u have to drill a hole!?!

You can cut that connector off. You won't need it.
