Help w/ O2 Sensor code

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I'm a huge fan of the 3800 Engine, and owned Bonnevilles most of my driving life. Recently I bought my first Grand Prix(97) (Rebuilt Transmission/Intake Gaskets done, Everything else is pretty much Stock) I haven't had a chance to pick up a repair manual for it yet.
I have a question about a code that popped up after my check engine light came on the other day.
PO141 O2 Sensor heater circut bank 1 sensor 2.
The light was on for a couple days, and I was planning on looking at it this weekend, but this morning when I started the car the engine light was off. I'm looking for help at what I should start looking at. Is this just changing the O2 Sensor? Are there 2 on a Grand Prix? Any help would be great.
Thanks!

That is the post cat sensor, there is probably an intermediate short in the heater circuit in side the sensor. So yes replace it if the problem comes back.

Thomas would say... get under there and get it done. Bob would do the work while you chatted with Thomas.

Bet you miss those guys eh?

You done with that thing yet?

Man I miss Bob. Not only was he a great guy to hang around, he was the only guy I knew who beat Kings Quest IV for the Nintendeo...and he never got around to show me how.
