Help Transsmission to Radiator Line Conector!

I recantly bought a radiator for my 2002 grand prix, the transmission line conectors to the radiator wont fit, the old ones are too big and i went to buy a smaller size 3/8x1/4 and they are way too small, any one have this prob befor? not sure what size fits right, and NAPA closed on me so im screwed till monday
 


From what I understand, that connection was different each year the gp was produced. The only 2 years they stayed the same was 97&98.

I could be wrong though.
 
Typically in the box with the new rad are a couple of adapters to fit any model that it should go into. They sometimes hide them in the styrofoam etc.
