HELP!!! Reduce Engine Power, ABS/Traction Control Disabled...

I started my car earlier so I could run to the bank and get rent money out and when I started it "fine" it started shaking, exhaust was making a popping noise and the RPMs were at around 1500-1700. It felt like the car was not getting enough fuel and then it died. I started it again and did the same thing then the display said Reduce engine power abs and t/c disabled... I thought it was maybe because it was pretty cold last night in the negatives but my "low on fuel" never showed up on display and my gas level was right above the read line. I took my truck and got 5 gallons of gas and put some Lucas fuel injector stuff in hoping that would fix the issue but I started it again and was still running rough.. The check engine light is on but I cant read it because I lost my OBD Reader...fvsdjidsdsijsdsdiosdj FML!

try unplugging the maf, when the cars off, then start it up. if it runs better the maf is bad.

getting it scanned is the best way to tell whats going on.

worst comes to worse, unhook the battery for 30 minutes, this will clear the code, maybe long enough so it runs good to get to a parts store for a scan. by then maybe it will act up again.....

UPDATE: I turned the car to where the fuel pump engages 10 times then started it and it started fine. Took it up to AutoZone and got the code P0068.

Tyvm Scotty! I'm going to clear the code and see if it pops up again which I don't think it will. I think it was because it was low on gas and water got into my fuel. Drove it to work tonight and everything was fine! What a big scare that was....
