Help Please: Steering wheel re-assembly

I had to take off my steering wheel so I could repair my ignition lock cylinder. That was enough of a problem, but all fixed now. The reason I need help is I cannot remember how/where the horn ground wire was attached to the wheel. Every time I reassemble and test a location, the horn is on constant beep as long as i keep the battery connected. Where am I supposed to attach this damn thing?

Also note that if this requires a nut or screw, that hardware seems to have vanished on me. I'm including a photo of the disassembled wheel for reference. Thanks guys!

Disregard, I fixed it. The black lead wire attaches to the airbag module. I thought it was a ground, but it's the actual horn connection. Everything's back together and I finally have my gp back =)
