Help on rear speaker wiring

I have a 2006 gp with the monsson system im currently putting in new 6x9 but gm runs a neg and pos for high and for lows each side but i only have one neg and one pos tab on my new speakers how would i wire them up?

I found this link that might be helpful. http://www.grandprixforums.net/how-wire-aftermarket-6x9-speakers-stock-connedtions-26101.html From what i gathered you need to wire the pos and neg for the highs to the twitter that will require cutting the wires that go from the tweeter to the woofer terminals. then wire the bass or low freq to the woofer terminals. So basically one of those pos and neg is high freq and the other one is low freq.

i understand that but when wired that way the bass sounds like **** but the tweets sound good

I have your exact same problem. Only way around it (that I have found) is to rewire... bypassing the monsoon amp.
