Help need a scan and tuner in central Florida

Is there anyone in the central fl area that has a hp tuner that help me do a quick scan and adjust the timing on my 99 gtp? as i need to add some timing for e85.

Still looking for help with a basic tune... I found one shop near me that uses an HP tuner but wants to charge $650 for a basic tune??? i dont mind paying a reasonable amount but for that price i could buy the tuner myself and a lap top.... i cant justify that much for only one or two tunes.
