HELP ME PLEASE!! interior lights question

okay guys im planning on replacing all my interior lights to red ones to get a cheap and somewhat different look to my car. i have an 05 gp and dont know what sizes the lights are.. i removed my dome cover no problem (i have a long rounded rectangle one) then to my knowledge the only other lights are the foot lights which i looked at and they seem to just pull right out (although i didnt try) and then theres the glove box light which i dont really care about right now and then the only ones left are the back two passanger lights. now i took a screwdriver and tried and tried and tried to get these things to pop out but i just could not get it to come out without using so much force to break it. so if someone could post some pictures or even a video (lol) on how this comes out it would be greatly appreciated.

ps. i looked for a thread already and couldnt find much that helped
 


I ended up just taking the handles off the vehicle. Then popped the plastic around the cover off then its easier to get off because you can see how much farther you need to go.
 
nevermind i finally got it out this afternoon. took a ton more effort than i thought it would but thanks for the help
 
Instead of replacing the bulbs I used a red plastic binder I bought at a dollar store, cut it to fit the light housings and was done, just had to take the covers off and put the red plastic inside and put the cover back in place.
 




yeah i went ahead and got the ones that i linked earlier. the output isnt as bright as leds would be but for $12 im pretty satisfied with them. in a year or so i may switch to led's but for now the convience and price was completely satisfactory. theyre bright enough where i can see but they arent super bright but idk if i would want super bright ones
 
I replaced all of my interior lights with LED's from superbrightleds.com They have a host of options and the customer service is excellent. I also replaced my license plate lights, and my back up lights with LED's from them. Completely plug and play.
