If you are getting a personalized plate..please realize.. your car will stand out to cops and others if you do anything that draws attention. Hence..I never had a personalized plate.

See I don't do anything illegal in this car. Once I get a ticket, ill have to sell the car.

Illegal or not.. even if you don't use your directional long enough for someone....they'll remember your plate. :D

Plus..don't they cost extra where you live?
 
It costs me $10 extra a year for my plate here in Michigan.

I don't care if people remember it, It's not like they can prove you did something wrong when they tell the cops something you supposedly did. Cops cant write tickets without proof or witnessing it themselves. So really it's not different from any other generic plate.
 


i had a buddy of mine get cited for wreakless driving cuz some old guy called him in for fish tailin corners in his camaro..needless to say the cops got him out of class and wrote him, fought it and lost.. :(

Ouch, I don't get how he could lose if he fought it though, they had no proof he was doing it, and no law enforcement personnel witnessed it. Must be different in other states then.
