Help me identify this 97-03 spoiler

Okay so one one of the facebook groups me and a group of others have been tracking down this, whats the deal with these different spoilers on 97-03 cars. I have never seen one like this before (bottom pic). Anyone have any information on this? I really have no idea what makes them so different.

Both cars are 02 GT's my car (top pic) has a build date 08/01 while the other car (bottom pic) has a build date of 04/02. We thought we had it slimmed down to something possibly late year 03 but this new info just blew that theory out the window. The bottom spoiler had a # 10327133 with stamping of being ABS plastic on the back. Another 02 GT with build date in 01 like mine had my style spoiler with the #10302456 with stamping of PPE plastic. Trying to figure out if it was an optional spoiler or what the deal is.

Its actually got part #s on it that link back up to GPs, so its not off a sunfire had thought that perviously too, I'll get different pictures but, Its not one thats been deformed.
 




I think they are all made in Canada. No the 10327133 is the tumor version. The 10302456 is the stock normal style.
