Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

I know I might get flamed but I did a search on windshield wipers wont park and I found the tab that was bent down, I rebent it back to normal position and they still park vertical. what gives? Im thinking on buying a new motor and a new wiper transmission. any body have any ideas that I can try before I go and spend money that I dont have? Please help.

if your wipers are packed with snow they wont park (mine wont) after the ice/snow melts they will work fine.

The good thing about this site is that few people get flamed, everyone on this site are vary nice as long as you dont put lambo doors or 26 inch rims on your car your fine. and even then it would just be a friendly razzing.

Yeah i made sure the snow and ice were gone before i tried this fix.
Im thinkng this might be the cause of it doing this. Does this happen if the
Circuit board goes bad or the transmission screws up?

... Im so awesome my glove box gots lamo doors my gas cap gots lambo doors my door doors are just normal tho..:th_peaceout:

is there a position censor on the motor itself? I bought a new motor and the trans its self is a special order part. Im going to try to replace the motor today and see if it makes a difference.

I've had this issue too. Except my park tab wasn't far out of place. The module on the bottom of the motor can get water in it and fail. If you go to a junkyard, search around a bit and try to find the plastic deflector under the cowl. Add that when you swap the new parts in place.

well I put the new motor in and did some work on the lil tab, I work in a machining shop so I was able to pull my car in and actually take time in the warmth and really look at at. altho it sucks that you have to remove the entire wiper assy to put the new motor on, now thats done and it all works just fine, but I think I mixed up the wipers for driver and passenger side one of the arms has more of a bend in it than the other and forgot what side it went on.lol silly me. thanks everyone for the valbule input..
