Help! Fuel pressure drops to 0 and hard starting

I recently installed a ZZP modded fuel rail I purchased off of a forum member. The first few days everything ran fine. Then suddenly, I was having to crank the motor over for a few seconds to get it to start. Now I have to let the fuel pump prime for a few seconds, then crank the car for 2-4 seconds for it to catch.

Watching my fuel pressure gauge, when the key is turned on pressure jumps up to 40psi, and stays there while the fuel pump is priming. As soon as it stops priming, it drops back to 0 almost instantly.

If I start the car, turn it off, then restart it within 30 seconds, it starts no problem, on the first spin of the starter.
With the car running, it idles around 35psi, and will jump up to 45ish with a quick rev, and settle back to 35.

I've already replaced the FPR with a know good unit, and I pulled the rail off, had a friend prime the fuel pump, and the injectors are not leaking.

No idea what it could be now.

normal for zzp rails and regulators. zzp recommends you let the pump prime for 5 sec before starting

nevermind I see you arnt talking about the logs

Same thing happen to me, replaced the fuel pump and wallah, no long cranks and my FP wasn't always dropping to 0 when the car turned off.
