Help: DIC Display Not on.

Hey, I was messing with my radio and it blew out, I noticed my DIC was out later in the day after I decided to drive it. I swapped it out and the other one is just the same, then I put the original DIC back in and the screen is completely out. Could it be a fuse or does my comp need to be reset. I checked the fuses in the glove compartment though but it was ok.

Do the buttons light up on the DIC? If they do the bulbs are out and need to be replaced.

Yeah the buttons lit up but they turned off after I swapped it, weird
