HELP AC Clutch wont kick in

So when it comes to the Iat Sensor it appears, after doing a little research, that I was NOT testing the Iat. Anyone have any information to the location of this sensor?
 


Oh ok then I guess I was testing the right now. After googling it it didn't appear to look anything like what I tested. Obviously what I saw was not my car specific.
